MOE FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE SCHEME (FAS) 2025

Application for MOE Financial Assistance Scheme (FAS) for the year 2025 is now open.


Eligibility Criteria	Student must be a Singapore Citizen Gross Monthly Household Income (GHI) not exceeding $3000 or Per Capita Income (PCI) not exceeding $750.
	If your child is an MSF ComCare beneficiary, he/she will be auto-granted MOE FAS and you do not need to apply to for MOE FAS separately.

	You will receive an acknowledgement email upon successful submission of eFAS application.
	Hardcopy application form
	Available at school General Office or click here to print.

Other Information	Students who received financial assistance in 2024 You must re-apply with the current year MOE Form together with all required supporting documents if they require financial assistance in 2025.
	Parents with children in different schools You need to submit only one application form for all your school-going children to one of their schools. The school which receives the application form will inform you of the outcome for all the children.
	*Please do NOT purchase any textbook or school attire before you are notified through the school official letter of the outcome of your FAS application as there is strictly no refund.

Please submit your applications (with all required supporting documents) via eFAS or hardcopy form to General Office by Monday 11 Nov 2024.

Late or incomplete submission will delay the approving process.
