Application Procedure
Application for DSA-Sec can be submitted via the online DSA-Sec Portal.
The application is free of charge and will be open from 6 May 2026, 11:00 AM to 2 June 2026, 4:30 PM.

BVSS DSA Selection Criteria
The selection criteria for each BVSS DSA Talent Area are outlined below. Please expand the sections to view the specific criteria.
Meeting all the criteria does not guarantee the students will be shortlisted/given an offer.
Applicants who do not have prior experience may also apply. The school will assess applicants based on the selection criteria, which may include assessing the potential of the applicants.

(Note: Non-Singapore Citizens may be exempt from the Flight Experience Program depending on security clearance granted by the airport) |
Shortlisted candidates will be assessed based on prior knowledge and interest in aviation through the following criteria:
(Note: The SYFC CCA entails physical activities, i.e building and flying aeromodels. During model building, students can be exposed to wood dust, etc, and while flying, students can be expected to be out in the sun. Student must be physically fit enough to take part in such activities. Students who are asthmatic, with skin conditions such as eczema, or have physical impairments will not be suitable |
