Application Procedure
Application for DSA-Sec can be submitted through the online DSA-Sec Portal. The application is free-of-charge and will be open from 11am on Tuesday, 7 May 2024 to 3pm on Monday, 3 June 2024. For more details, please refer to MOE website – https://www.moe.gov.sg/dsa-sec.

Only shortlisted candidates will be invited for interviews.

The school’s decision on the offer is final. All applicants will be informed of these offers by mid September 2024.

The selection criteria for BVSS DSA Talent Areas are found below.

Meeting all the criteria does not guarantee the students will be shortlisted/given an offer.

Applicants who do not have prior experience may also apply. The school will assess applicants based on the selection criteria, which may include assessing the potential of the applicants.

Shortlisted candidates will be assessed based on prior knowledge and interest in aviation through the following criteria:
(Note: The SYFC CCA entails physical activities, i.e building and flying aeromodels. During model building, students can be exposed to wood dust, etc, and while flying, students can be expected to be out in the sun. Student must be physically fit enough to take part in such activities. Students who are asthmatic, with skin conditions such as eczema, or have physical impairments will not be suitable.) |
