Financial Assistance Scheme (FAS) Application

If your FAS application has already been approved by your child’s Primary School, please contact our school’s General Office (6566 1990) to obtain the BVSS approval letter before you proceed to collect your textbooks and uniform.

Eligibility Criteria

Student must be a Singapore citizen and meets either one of the following criteria:

(a) Gross monthly household income (GHI) does not exceed $3,000; or
(b) Monthly per capita income (PCI) does not exceed $750.

[PCI = Total Gross Monthly Household Income divided by the No. of members in the same household.]

You may refer to MOE website for the press release on the revised income ceiling and enhanced subsidy for financial assistance before submitting your application.

If your child(ren) is/are an MSF ComCare beneficiary, they will be auto-granted MOE FAS. You do not need to apply to school for the MOE FAS separately.

Hardcopy Application Form

eFAS application (Singpass required)

You may obtain a copy of the Hardcopy Application form from the School General Office.

Upon completion, the application form is to be submitted directly to school, together with copies of the supporting documents as indicated in the form.

You may apply eFAS via
1. https://go.gov.sg/moe-efas or
2. Parent Gateway under Service tab > Financial Assistance.
Please read the instructions in the eFAS and prepare the softcopy of the required documents before you begin your e-application.
You will receive an acknowledgement email upon successful submission of eFAS application.

If your documents are in order, we will be able to process your application between 7 to 10 working days and we will notify you of the status accordingly.

If not, we will process your application when the documents are completed.
